The News app will be automatically downloaded to your Fire TV device, and you should see it on your home screen in the ‘Your Apps and Channels’ row. This app will be available to Fire TV customers in the US over the next few weeks, so if you don’t see it right away, don’t worry, you will soon. I called Amazon Fire TV to see how I can get YouTube TV. They said possibly thru Firefox. Everyone out there but me knows that is not true. Amazon customers cannot obtain YouTube TV at all thru Fire TV! I now have to obtain Roku (again) and that will make my Fire TVs obsolete to me.
